Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty Program (GTC) govern access to and use of the loyalty program on the website www.mysolidur.com, operated by SOLIDUR SAS, located at 335 Impasse Teractive Ouest, ZA Teractive, 50140 Romagny-Fontenay.

Purpose

These GTC define the conditions under which users may participate in the My SOLIDUR loyalty program, including the accumulation of loyalty points and access to the benefits offered. By participating in the program, the user unconditionally accepts the GTC.

Loyalty Program

The program rewards customer loyalty with points that can be accumulated during validated transactions on SOLIDUR products. These points can be exchanged for gifts or exclusive benefits. The program is designed to enhance the customer experience, in accordance with SOLIDUR’s legal obligations.

Program Membership

Membership in the My SOLIDUR loyalty program is free and open to everyone, both individuals and businesses, with the exception of French companies with a SIRET number. These companies already benefit from their own loyalty program via VIPros, and they are strictly prohibited from registering on both VIPros and My SOLIDUR.

The My SOLIDUR program is therefore only open to individuals and non-French businesses purchasing SOLIDUR products. Membership requires the creation of an account on My SOLIDUR. When registering, the user agrees to provide accurate information.

Earning Loyalty Points

Loyalty points are credited after validation of an invoice or purchase receipt, uploaded via the personal account within 90 days of the invoice date. After this period, proof of purchase will no longer be accepted. Point validation can take up to 72 hours, and SOLIDUR may refuse points in the event of irregularities.

Point Validity

Points are valid for one year after they are awarded. Any points not used after this period are automatically canceled.

Point Redemption

Points can be redeemed for specific products. Users can also benefit from certain SOLIDUR products exclusively through the loyalty program.

Once the customer has validated the reward request, delivery times vary depending on the gift chosen and the country of purchase.

Non-transferability of points

Points are not saleable, transferable, or exchangeable between users. Each account is personal, and points have no monetary value and therefore cannot be converted into cash.

Reward Availability

Rewards are offered while supplies last, and availability may vary by country. SOLIDUR reserves the right to modify or replace rewards based on inventory and program developments.

Fraud and Abuse

Any attempt at fraud or misuse of the loyalty program, including but not limited to the use of falsified invoices, duplication of receipts, or any other form of misappropriation, will result in the following measures:

  • Refusal to award the points in question.
  • Immediate and permanent exclusion from the loyalty program.
  • Legal action may be taken in the event of proven violations.

Modification or Termination of the Program

My SOLIDUR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time, without notice. In the event of cancellation of the program, unused points will be forfeited. Any changes will be notified to members by email and updated on the website.

Account Termination

SOLIDUR reserves the right to suspend or delete a user account in the following cases:

  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Proven fraud in the loyalty program (false invoices, system abuse, etc.).
